  • Our candles are handmade with care and attention to detail. Some of our candles may be made to order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times and Methods:

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via DHL Express or USPS.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Please note that shipping times are estimated and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times and rates will vary based on destination.
  • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
