WHAT MAKES ONLYFLAMES CANDLES NON-TOXIC?
Our candles are hand-poured using premium coconut apricot wax and fragrances made without parabens or phthalates. We never use candle dyes—just thoughtfully chosen ingredients and premium fragrance oils.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM OR BULK ORDERS?
Yes! We offer custom candles, event favors, gifting and select bulk orders. Contact us with your desired quantity, date and design details so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Every OnlyFlames candle is hand-poured in Orange County, California.
ARE YOUR CANDLES VEGAN?
Our coconut apricot wax is vegan-friendly. If you have a specific ingredient concern, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
WHAT TYPE OF WICKS DO YOU USE?
Wick styles vary by vessel and collection. Depending on the candle, we use either cotton wicks or crackling wooden wicks selected to create the best possible burn for that design. Check the individual product description for details.
WHY DOES MY WOODEN VESSEL LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTO?
Each wooden vessel is individually made, so the grain, color, shape and finish may vary slightly. These natural variations make every candle one of a kind.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY TEAM?
Select your available team from the product options before adding the candle to your cart. If you don’t see your team, contact us—we have the full lineup but are limited to how many teams we can add to our website.
HOW SHOULD I BURN MY CANDLE?
Always place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, children and anything flammable. Trim the wick before each burn and never leave a burning candle unattended. Follow the burn-time instructions included with your candle.
WHY IS THE FIRST BURN IMPORTANT?
The first burn helps establish an even melt pool and can prevent tunneling. Allow the wax to melt evenly toward the edges, while staying within the recommended maximum burn time for your candle.
CAN I REFILL MY CANDLE?
Only OnlyFlames wooden vessels are currently refillable. Eligible wooden candles can be refilled for 50% off the original candle price. Glass jars and figurine candles are not refillable.
HOW DOES THE REFILL PROGRAM WORK?
Submit a request through our Refills page before sending anything. Once your vessel is approved, we’ll provide shipping or local Orange County drop-off instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from OnlyFlames.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Every candle is hand-poured, and processing time may vary by product, customization and order volume. Please review the processing estimate shown on the product page before ordering. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many OnlyFlames products are handmade or customized, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
WHAT IF MY CANDLE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the candle, packaging and shipping box. Keep all packaging until we’ve reviewed the claim, and we’ll help determine the appropriate next step.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP OR DROP-OFF?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Orange County, California. Select local pickup at checkout when available, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
Local drop-off is also available for eligible wooden-vessel refills. Please submit a refill request and wait for confirmation before dropping off your vessel.
