We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@onlyflames.com with your order number within 15 days of receiving your package. The following conditions must be met for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including any free gifts.
- The item must not have been used or altered in any way.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Provide us with the tracking information for the return shipment to ensure a smooth process and to monitor the package's progress.
- Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive and verify the returned item meets the above criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note that bulk orders, sale items, gift cards, and personalized candles are NOT eligible for returns.
Refunds
Disclaimer: Due to our handmade process, each item is unique. Characteristics such as bubbles, frosting, or slight color variations are normal and expected, adding to the charm and individuality of each candle. These features do not affect the performance or quality of the product and are not considered defects; therefore, they are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Eligibility: If you receive a candle that is damaged during shipment or if we mistakenly sent you the incorrect item, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Requests & Process: To request a refund, contact us at info@onlyflames.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) for refund
- Detailed description of the damage
- Clear photograph showcasing the damage
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
